Marketing Coordinator

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor’s in business, marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in a professional marketing department
  • Experience in the tech sector is highly valued
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
  • Interest in Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Automated Material Handling
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Native or fluent in English, able to proofread to perfection
  • A highly collaborative and flexible working style, willing to try new things
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit
  • A creative, curious mind that thinks aspirationally about the future
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, self-manage, set priorities

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Developing marketing collateral such as whitepapers and brochures
  • Writing and maintaining content on corporate websites
  • Assisting with writing, delivery, and tracking of press releases
  • Producing email newsletters and distributing them to marketing lists
  • Assisting sales with the development of presentations and proposals
  • Attending tradeshows, company-sponsored events, and promotions
  • Conducting market research to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Negotiating and monitoring media coverage
  • Working with customers to develop case studies and testimonials
  • Implementing a project management system to document and track marketing activities
  • Executing and analyzing results of marketing campaigns
  • Managing marketing agencies and other promotional vendor relationships
  • Pitching marketing strategies and giving internal and external presentations
  • Auditing content for brand consistency
  • Engaging in tactical targeting, acquiring, and nurturing initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver campaigns
  • Assisting others as needed in areas adjacent to your focus areas, this may include events, PR, growth marketing, advertising, social media, etc.
